Chongqing New-Elegance International Logistics Co., Ltd was founded and registered at Chongqing Municipal Industrial and Commercial Administration Bureau in 1999, which is a stock holding company with a registered capital of RMB 10 million. After years of development, the company has achieved NVOCC licensed by the Ministry of Communications of PRC, the International Freight Forwarder Qualification licensed by Ministry of Commerce of PRC, the International Air Freight Forwarder Qualification licensed by CATA and Customs Clearance Certificates licensed by China Customs, all of which have witnessed the establishment of a professional logistics service system.
As a professional logistics company, it has been committed to develop international import and export both by ocean and air. In additional, it also accumulates rich experiences about transit shipment in inland ports along Yangtze River and over dimensional cargos road transport based on our advantages of geographical location. Angel Chen, born in 1962, graduated from Southwest University。 Since July,1984 to Oct,1992, Angel taught English in middle school and Southwest Agricultural University. After then, he began his logistics professional career by working in Chongqing logistics industry.

陳安慶
生于1962年，畢業于西南師范大學。1984年7月至1992年10月，陳安慶在中學及西南農業大學從事英語教學工作。1992年10月后，他從重慶開始了自己的物流事業。
